In 2025 we acquired Active Key, a German maker of hygienic keyboards and mice for medical and industrial environments. Active Key now operates as a separate business unit within Contour, and we’re expanding our team to accelerate growth through a strong reseller and distributor network.

The Role
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be the bridge between marketing, product and sales. You will own partner enablement and co-marketing programs that boost Active Key sales in Europe and the United States. You’ll craft clear partner messaging, launch joint campaigns and arm our resellers, distributors and internal sales teams with the tools they need to win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align & Enable Internal Teams: Build launch kits, internal briefs and partner-ready messaging to keep marketing, product and sales fully aligned on go-to-market plans.

  • Partner Communications: Run regular partner newsletters, portal updates and multi-channel campaigns that inform and energize resellers and distributors.

  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Manage quarterly sales & marketing activities and coordinate the roll-out of joint promotions, events, webinars and demo days with product team, sales team and key partners to drive demand and brand visibility.

  • Product Launch & Events: Lead marketing for Active Key product upgrades and launches across regions, coordinate partner activation and support trade shows and PR activities to amplify impact.

  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Deliver playbooks, training sessions, and locally adapted collateral (presentations, brochures, product guides, case studies); coach partner sales teams and support key-account pitches.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as country marketing manager, channel/partner marketing manager, or product marketing manager (preferably in B2B technology or hardware sectors).

  • Fluent in English; German language skills are highly preferred.

  • Proven success driving revenue through resellers and distributors.

  • Strong communicator and project manager able to juggle multiple initiatives.

  • Self-driven, collaborative, comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
