At Contour Design, we strive to produce products of the highest quality. All original Contour products come with a two-year warranty from the purchase date.
If you experience any problems we ask you to do the following, before contacting us:

- You can also consult the manual for your product for further information.
- If you cannot find a solution to your problems, we would be happy to advise you. In order for us to better understand exactly what your problem is, please fill out the form below.
